1/3 “Have I then become your enemy by telling you the truth? Gal 4:16.” A rhetorical question with the implied answer “No.” Truth telling in love is brotherly behaviour. 2/3 In dysfunctional orgs that enable abuse, this is flipped on its head. Uncomfortable truth telling is seen as enemy behaviour; allowing dysfunction to fester for some “greater good” is seen as brotherly behaviour. 3/3 In such dysfunctional orgs, Paul would have been accused of breaking unity and unloving judgementalism.  Keith Ford @Larrysnodgrass1 on X (Twitter.com) Feb. 11, 2024
